If you include one of our unique coupon codes on your card, we can track the number of people who have used one to make another purchase. This information appears in your Touchcard Dashboard in the app.
Each purchase represents one successful returning customer (or a referral). In this way, we can track the monetary ROI for your campaign. Tracking all the additional benefits like social media spread and any increase in word-of-mouth that comes from the campaign is a bit harder.
